Mr. CV Subba Rao:
Mr. CV Subba Rao MBA. A visionary who firmly believes and practices in constant innovation is the key to creating economic development and value. He has an extra ordinary talent for promoting new and innovative concepts in business. His success story started with innovation of M/S Robo Engineers in the year 1990, a franchise of MRF Ltd dealing with Polyurethane paints – which was a new concept in India at that time. In the year 1999 he promoted M/S Roshini Power tech Ltd, a 6 MW Biomass based power project to produce green power (non-conventional energy) by utilizing agricultural residue and waste. Since the inception this project, it continues to run successfully. As Promoter Chairman of M/S Robo silicon Pvt. Ltd, with his innovative vision and hard work achieved bigger leap in establishing another success feather in his cap
Mr. Vijay K Kosaraju:
Mr. Vijay is Mechanical Engineer, has more than three decades of experience in the Area of Marketing, project Design, sales and execution with MNCs in India. The arch person to establish a vision for the future economic success and performance of the industry with dynamic strategy for the sustainable growth. He deeply believes in action rather than contemplation. As a co-founder and Managing director of M/S Robo silicon Pvt. Ltd, he was the key person to establish Brand “ROBOSAND” all over the country in the construction field.
Mr. Chandra Chunduru:
Mr. Chandra is Graduated in Pharmacy, worked with Multinational Pharmaceutical companies in India, Middle East and The USA. Chandra is a constant innovator and has keen eye on details of projects execution. Chandra joined Robo Silicon Pvt. Ltd. In the year 2004, when the company was in the process of expanding its operations outside the Hyderabad. Mr. Chandra has been instrumental in setting up of the Bengaluru & Pune crushing Plants. He currently assumes responsibility for acquisition and development of new quarries in developing cities across India. He is also responsible for the product quality initiatives of the company.
Mr. M. Raja Gopal:
Mr. Raja Gopal a Graduate in Commerce has vast experience in execution of various mining and Infrastructural works in the country. In association with M/ S Robo Silicon pvt. Ltd, Having executed Reliance Jamnagar JERP project, Delhi GMR DIAL project, National highways (NH-4) work at Davagere to Hubli stretch, in Karnataka. And also He is Managing Partner of M/s Mithraya Constructions; a company executed various other projects independently other than that of M/s Robo Silicon Ltd, details enclosed in the Company profile.
Mr. M Asifullah Khan:
A Mechanical engineer having vast experience over three decades in the areas of Product design, planning, manufacturing, materials management, project management and ERP implementation with MNCs in India and Middle East. Joined M/ S Robo Silicon Pvt Ltd as General Manager- projects in the year 2007, for the execution of captive and Commercial projects in the area of mining and infra Development.
Mr. P.V. Ramana:
Mr. Ramana a Graduate in commerce having instinct of an entrepreneur, Since 2008, successfully associated with M/S Robo Silicon Pvt. Ltd. at various crushing sites in the area of crushing and transportation.

Robo Silicon Private Limited commenced operations in the year 2001 and is headquartered in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Robo Silicon Pioneered manufactured sand in India & was the first company to brand its manufactured sand as “ROBOSAND”.



Robo Silicon, for the first time in India, introduced “manufactured sand” as a viable, cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to the precious and fast depleting natural resource-river sand. Ina very short span, “RoboSand” has earned the respect and patronage of leading Industry, real estate and construction giants in the country. Having weathered initial resistance - a fate common to every innovative idea in a change-resisting environment, “RoboSand” has quickly found acceptance and is today a preferred commodity by all quality-conscious construction industry leaders. The pillars and faith stand firmly on “RoboSand” because it protects environment, promotes ethical and legal construction activities and also eliminates the many disadvantages of using river sand for the purposes of construction. Additionally, using “RoboSand” in concrete and masonry results in the substantial saving of cement, thus slashing construction costs considerably.

Robo Silicon now has a range of construction materials that are collectively referred to as “Construction Aggregates”. Aggregates are a component of composite material such as concrete and asphalt concrete; the “aggregate’ serves as reinforcement to add strength to the overall composite material. Aggregates are also used as base material under foundations, roads and railroads. To put it differently, aggregates are used as a stable foundation or road/rail base with predictable, uniform properties (e.g. to help prevent differential settling under the road or building), or as a low-cost extender that binds with more expensive cement.

Robo Silicon has installed 12 commercial plants across India with a turnover of 100 crores and above producing 36 lakh Tons of Sand and Aggregates per annum

Robo Silicon executed various prestigious captive projects such as Hyderabad International Airport, Delhi International Airport, Reliance Industries Ltd Jamnagar for supplying of Robo Sand and Aggregates also with complete Drilling, Blasting.
